John chapter 4 gives us a strong example of someone being trusted. (Read John 4:46-53 aloud.)
- This government official has a son who is critically ill, near death.
 - He hears that Jesus has traveled to his area. He trusts and takes action.
 - He travels to where Jesus is, finds Him, and asks Jesus to come heal his son.
 - Jesus tests his heart with a tough statement.
 - The man pleads again for his son's healing. (He passed the heart test.)
 - Jesus sent him back home, assuring him that his son would live.
 - The man trusts, takes action, and heads for home immediately.
 - As they're still traveling home the next day, his servants tell him his son is well!
 - He then calculates the time of his son's healing (1:00 pm), it's the very moment he trusted Jesus and took action.

When (insert team name) trust each other, similar things take place.
- We trust and take action in moments of stress and crisis.
 - We trust and take action to care for those we love.
 - We trust and take action as our hearts are tested.
 - We pass heart tests, trust, and take action immediately.
 - We are rewarded for our consistent trust and immediate action.

As you compete today:
- Trust your teammates and take action.
 - Trust your coaches and take action.
 - Trust the support staff and take action.
 - Trust the Lord Jesus and take action.
